For the record, Bender (the server that was down for 4 days) is fully functional again. Marvin, which is more important at this point and has been down about 60 hours is still not up.

From the sound of things, this was all started by a buy out and people who are disconnected with the needs of the users being in charge. It was further complicated by the people in charge of making all the transitions.

I plan on detailing what happened in a blog entry, but I'm waiting to see how it ends before I do. Currently, I'm waiting for 8:00 am to roll around so I can talk to their Customer Service and complain. I haven't been able to talk to anyone in their Technical Support department at all in the last 24 hours.
