When will the cycle end?

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with AT&T about some long distance charges for an inbound 800 number that has been handled by another company for almost 2 years. Eventually, I got the company a refund for 9 months of those charges. I sketched this on my notepad while I was waiting on hold. I thought everyone else might appreciate it.

That about sums up my reaction to dealing with AOL and HP's techsupport. Trained monkeys could do a better job half the time.

Have you ever tried dealing with Dell Non-gold tech support. AOL are assholes, and ANY cell phone tech support is a joke. Grrrrrrr....

Mcafee is starting to piss me off too.
